Interior consulting
In addition to building or buying your property, the interior of the house, too, requires a lot of attention. It is not always easy to find your way around, especially when you like the traditional ways of finishing the project. We discovered already that the best suppliers are located on places where our clients (as we discovered ourselves!) will not look for them. We found in the last few years some very fine local craftsmen who can make the best kitchens, libraries, wardrobes and other household items. We also have contacts with some very good local antique stores who restore beautifully for reasonable prices. On request we can also provide complete antique interiors with many particular original details.
Next to the more classical / antique style which is our specialty, this obviously also can be organised in a more modern style, for instance a modern interior in combination with the traditional local construction design of the house. We are very glad to discuss your specific wishes and go out to find the best materials fitting within your budget.
Our Interior Package contains:
- Intensive intake in which we determine the interior style of the new house and decide about the purchase list and the budget;
- Delivering mood boards (pictures and ideas of style);
- Searching, finding and buying all the necessary products: all kinds of furniture (beds, sofas, chairs, dressers, tables, fabrics, lamps, etc. etc.);
- If necessary personal visits with client to local craftsmen;
- Providing all necessary email exchanges on ideas, models, pictures, progress of work, etc.
Fee: Fixed fees start from EUR 500 and can, depending on the size of the project, vary up to EUR 10.000.
