Exclusive rental services

We know a lot of people who initially would never let their property, because the property is your own house and you never know what other people will do with your house when you’re not there. On the other hand, it can be financially very interesting to let your property for some weeks a year.
Especially for these options we have developed a rental service in which we appeal strongly on the feeling that the property is someone’s house and not just a holiday home. For us this is very crucial.

We regard the let properties for which we are responsible as if they are our own, which means:

1. We have an intensive intake with the owner about all the characteristics of the house before starting to rent it out
2. We welcome the guests on the day of arrival
3. We visit the site during the stay of the guests
4. We are there on checking out day
5. We are the contact persons for the guests during their stay
6. The house will be thoroughly cleaned afterwards (washing blankets, curtains and so on); this will be charged separately
7. Eventual damages will be repaired or replaced in same style

Fee: average 30% of the total rental price (excl. VAT)
